Once again we find ourselves in the unenviable position of having to remind patients that our staff have a right to work in their workplace free from abuse. It is NOT acceptable to swear, shout, be aggressive or make threats towards ANY of our staff.
Any posting online that can be construed as slanderous will be treated as abuse and appropriate action will be taken by the Practice.
Blackhall and Peterlee Practice operates a zero tolerance policy and any patient who misbehaves may face removal from the practice list and be reported to the police.
